Rex is a CPA with an entrepreneur’s mindset, extensive business and economic expertise that he brings to our firm. He has been an active advisor of the company since November 2020 and is extremely well acquainted with our proprietary vision of capital recovery. Capital recovery is our intellectual property that enables a Real Estate Developer to achieve an economic windfall with our guidance that changes the economic viability of every real estate project.
As advisors, our capital recovery model gives commercial real estate property owners, real estate partnerships (REIT’s), and developers unrivaled economic benefits with an IRR that is typically 2% to 3% points higher than market trends, as well as $25M to $40M of economic benefits on $100M of construction proceeds. In addition, Rex has become acquainted with the outrageous advantage Unrivaled Advisors augments for driving donor based giving Donors a 60 cent tax deduction on each $1 of donations in a capital campaign. The element of donor giving is an essential element of the construction of real estate projects for non-profits, non-profit healthcare organizations and universities (student housing), etc.
Rex brings three degrees including a master’s degree in Economic Development and understands our vision to enhance the balance sheet, and business performance of our clients - REIT’s, developers, hoteliers, banks, credit unions, physician partners, and municipalities who need strategic advantages that change dynamics of risk mitigation, repurposing of existing real estate buildings with new standards in sustainable real estate development. Our intelligence and infrastructure support includes creating secondary passive income in existing or new real estate buildings for our Clients. Our portfolio delivers improved margins that change the viability of real estate development.
As a team member, Rex supports the critical planning with expertise for underwriting, due diligence, feasibility studies for new capital investment, and economic development alliances. His role as a team member encompasses the capital markets, direct public offerings, initial bond offerings, and the power of infallible analytics in defining the most viable use of assets and real estate property. His specific contribution will be the economic model and viability of each commercial real estate project that we are engaged as development partners directly or indirectly supporting the ambitions of Developers.
